A primary mission of
the Complete Teacher Academy is to serve as a resource
for certificated staff development. To this end CTA now
offers online in-service training workshops that can be
taken any time and from any place! A computer connected
to the Internet is all that is needed. Through CD-ROM,
E-mail and the World Wide Web, we can provide your school
or district with practical, performance-based instruction
that is guaranteed to motivate and to improve the skills
of both new and experienced teachers.
We offer interactive,
online classes for meeting the in-service training needs
of your teachers. Each course is designed to provide
instruction in one of the seven roles that have been
identified in the Complete
Teacher Model.
A Certificate of Accomplishment is awarded upon
completion of each online workshop.

Costs are based upon
the number of teachers in your organization that are
enrolled in a workshop. More specifically:
1-10 teachers @ $100
per teacher; 11-20 teachers @ $90 per teacher;
21-30 teachers @ $80 per
teacher; 30+ teachers @ $70 per teacher

Requirements
Workshops are
delivered in an online, interactive format, via the
participant's own Internet service provider. Lessons are
read, assignments completed and questions asked at the
teacher's convenience. Learning is performance-based and
evaluation is criterion-referenced. You will
need:
• A Windows-based PC or a
Macintosh computer (with CD-ROM drive)
• Netscape or Internet
Explorer Web Browser
• A modem and an Internet
Service Provider (ISP) or other Internet and E-mail
connection

Procedures
We
accept purchase orders from recognized institutions and
offer 30-day-net payment terms. Send your school's
Purchase Order together with contact information for each
enrollee (complete name, mailing address, phone number,
e-mail address) to:
