 Complete Teacher Program
A computer-based system for delivering training in the praxis of teaching. The program is designed around a complex clinical training model which views the teacher as an actor, developer, professional, manager, salesperson, subject expert, and writer.
"It is the degree of mastery, both within and among these seven performance areas that will determine a teacher's effectiveness."
The Complete Teacher consists of a program engine and several learning modules.. A single module may be selected to provide skills in a specific role area or they may be used together to deliver a clinical body of subject matter needed for the development of the "complete teaching professional." Modules are delivered in interactive format. Learning is performance-based and evaluation is criterion-referenced.
The Complete Teacher is being offered , free, to the profession as a way of improving teaching skills. Your help is needed, however, if we are to achieve the full promise of this important new training paradigm. Professional, technical and financial assistance is required.
